*Poetry Writing with Karen Kuehne

This course is for those wanting to reawaken a love of words, and to develop confidence as a writer. Each session includes writing games and exercises to stimulate the imagination, and group discussion and analysis to develop your work. You will have regular tutor input and feedback. Designed to stretch and inspire writers of all levels.

Karen Kuehne (Annesen)

 

Karen Annesen grew up a mile from the sea in the town of Falmouth on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She moved to the UK after completing a first degree in Psychology. Work with homeless women and vulnerable adults has taken her from Oxford to Cardiff then London and now back to Oxfordshire. While in London she was also a Creative Writing tutor for the City Lit in London. She has an MPhil in Creative Writing from the University of Glamorgan and an MSc in Housing Policy from Oxford Brookes University. Her work has been published previously in magazines such as PN Review and in anthologies such as Oxford Poets.
