Going on Your Nerve

The first half of this workshop will look at ways to surprise yourselves, and your readers, through writinf instinctive and uninhibited poems, spurred on by Frank O'Hara's edict: 'just go on your nerve'. The second half of the workshop will look at editing, and how to take the raw material produced in the first half, extract the good qualities and dispose of the not-so-good.
